As we wrap up the year, we’re pausing the presses—just briefly—to reflect on a vibrant, bustling and wonderfully creative 2025 at RS Print. From standout seasonal campaigns and meaningful charity partnerships to team milestones and inspiring client projects, this year has been bursting with colour and plenty to celebrate.

☕ A Year Fuelled by Mugs, Motivational Mondays and Team Spirit
If there’s one thing that’s never in short supply at RS Print, it’s team energy. Whether we were celebrating birthdays with the Wheel of Fortune, enjoying home-grown apples from Richie-B’s allotment or joining in with World Baking Day, RS Print HQ has been full of laughter, treats and a genuine love for what we do.
And of course, no Monday passed without a little motivation! Our weekly encouragement is a little tradition to kick off each week with purpose.

Festive Magic: Cards, Calendars and Christmas Jumpers
Christmas Jumper Day is always a favourite at RS Print HQ, festive knits, big smiles and plenty of team spirit. This year, we’re delighted to be donating all proceeds to Love4Life, a local charity supporting girls and young people across Leicester, Derby and North Leicestershire.
Love4Life provides safe spaces, mentoring and small group support for girls facing challenges such as mental health struggles, poverty, family breakdown and exploitation. Their work helps young people feel heard, valued and supported, often for the very first time. We’re proud to support Love4Life and the life-changing work they do in our community.
Our Christmas cards went out, our Advent calendars went up and we reminded clients far and wide that it’s never too early (or too late!) to get your festive print sorted.
The Power of Small Print
One of our most popular blogs this year explored how simple items can drive big results. Flyers, stickers, postcards and Christmas cards are all hugely effective in putting your company name out there!
It struck a chord with clients, showing just how powerful affordable, everyday print can be when used well. Because sometimes the smallest piece of print delivers the biggest reaction.
Outdoor Print Takes Off
2025 was a huge year for outdoor branding.
Gazebos, flags, banners and event signage flew out of the factory.
Clients loved how striking reusable and weather-ready outdoor print can be. From festivals to food markets, corporate events to open days, it’s been fantastic seeing RS Print work popping up right across the Midlands.
Charity at the Heart of RS Print
