Our six-step process to completing your project
We follow the same process for completing all of our print projects, no matter the size or scale. Each stage is overseen by our expert team, so you can rest assured that your project is in safe hands.
Whether you’ve used us before, or have no idea where to start, we’re happy to help with any aspect of your project, or answer any questions you might have. We’re here to build relationships, not client lists, and want to ensure that you have the best printing experience possible while using our services.
01 Enquire and discuss.
Our projects start with you. Use our project planner if you know exactly what you want, or if you’re unsure, contact the team directly to discuss your options. We have over 40 years of experience in the print industry, so can advise on every element of your project.
02 Quote and confirm.
Once the specifications of your project have been confirmed, we will send you a detailed quote explaining every aspect of the project. Once you have accepted this quote and confirmed that you want to go ahead with the project, we’ll get the ball rolling.
03 Arrange artwork.
Whether you’ve got digital artwork ready to go, or simply have a rough idea, we’re happy to help! We can advise on any artwork sent to us, and can assist with the digitisation or creation of any artwork in preparation for printing. Print-ready artwork can be sent to us via our secure customer upload centre.
04 Generate proof and sign-off
Once we have received the final artwork, we will create a digital proof to show you what the final product will look like. Each proof goes through a rigorous 7-point quality control checklist, before being sent to you for final approval.
05 Commence production
Once you have approved the proof, the project will go to print. Projects are carefully tracked throughout the production process, and are checked after each stage to ensure consistent quality. Every project, no matter how small, is also checked by senior management for accuracy before being sent out for delivery.
06 Collection or delivery
Once your project is completed, we can either hold the finished items for collection, deliver them locally in our own vehicles, or via our courier service for clients further afield. We’re more than happy to deliver to multiple locations, and can also hold excess stock if you don’t have the room to store the whole order.
